Marinn has served as a Professional Coach and Consultant for 13 years. She has worked with organizations and individuals in the areas of strategy, vision, human resources, business development, fundraising, change and conflict. She also works heavily with individuals and youth in career visioning and coaching.

In the last several years, she has worked almost exclusively with high school and college students in helping them determine their best fit regarding majors and careers and helping graduates learn how to navigate the job market. She is passionate about helping students find a career that will match their strengths, interests and teaching them how to get there.

Marinn also works with adults in career counseling as well as women in the areas of leadership and empowerment.

Recently, Lynne spent 10 years with Carolinas Healthcare System in a variety of roles which include: Patient experience, leadership and organization development, medical education and physician leadership consulting. Prior to her work in healthcare, she served in a variety of roles including Vice President of Retail Development for Tommy Hilfiger and Director of Marketing for Vietri. She developed custom training and university programs for leaders and teammates while working for Just Pants, Tommy Hilfiger and Vietri.

Her expertise lies in innovative solutions building on observations and the strengths found within individuals and organizations. Some of her clients include major brands such as: Burt’s Bees, Wet Seal, The MotherVine and licensing agents for Kenneth Cole and Kate Spade.
